Each players can enter the Personal Leader Board quiz as many times as they wish. However, each player is restricted to one position on the Personal Leader Board leaderboard, this entry will be their highest score.

Where players have the same score on the Personal Leader Board leaderboard, their position will be decided by the total time taken to answer the Personal Leader Board questions (only the time on the questions page is taken into account).

In the event that two or more players achieve the same score in the same time, their position will be in order of when they achieved that score (earliest first).

If there still remains two or more players with identical Personal Leader Board scores, I'll eat my hat.

Unsuitable names, genuine or not, will not be entered onto the Personal Leader Board leaderboard. If you have a genuine name that unfortunately is not accepted by the Personal Leader Board leaderboard please them through feedback and they will try to accommodate your details in an acceptable manner.

Due to the nature of the Internet it is possible for players to reach the top of the Personal Leader Board leaderboard by default. This could be for any number of reasons. They run a thorough audit program which will track any such entries. Also, they reserve the right to deny any entries gained unfairly by whichever means.

At all times the management decision is final. Entries denied top spot on the Personal Leader Board leaderboard due to any such event will still be entered into the Personal Leader Board prize draw.

The timer on there site works on the following principle: when you click the answer, the timer logs the second you are currently using, i.e. if you take 0.01 seconds, you are in your first second and therefore the timer logs the time taken as 1 second.

Furthermore, if your timer is displayed as 28 seconds, you must be in your third second and therefore the timer logs the time taken as 3 seconds.

To allow everyone a chance, individuals and/or households are only allowed to win any of the prize's for topping the Personal Leader Board leaderboard twice. There is no limit to how many times an individual can win any of the Personal Leader Board prize draws.

Anyone who has previously won two cash Personal Leader Board prizes for being in the top three and find themselves in that position again, will be taken off the Personal Leader Board leaderboard. They will of course remain in the Personal Leader Board prize draw.
